TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C is dedicated to providing reliable, competent and impartial product, process and service certification to all of its clients in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065 and applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.

TCH Global’s management system has been developed to ensure that all evaluation, review, certification decision, surveillance and certification maintenance activities are carried out with the highest levels of integrity, technical competence and impartiality. We are committed to ensuring that certification decisions are based only on objective evidence and are free from commercial, financial or other pressures. Our management system and procedures are designed specifically to safeguard the independence and impartiality of the certification process, identify, analyze and control any conflicts of interest, to ensure the confidentiality and security of client information and to ensure consistency, transparency and reliability in certification decisions.

In order to achieve these objectives, a management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 has been designed, developed and implemented across all certification schemes operated by TCH Global. This system ensures that both the contractual requirements agreed with our clients and the controls laid
down by Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC), including ISO/IEC 17065:2012, are fully satisfied.

The Company’s management system is documented in controlled procedures and records covering all certification activities, approved by top management, understood by all personnel and implemented at all levels of the organization. To maintain the effectiveness and integrity of the system, it is continuously monitored through internal audits, impartiality reviews, management reviews, corrective actions and continual improvement activities
