TCH Global management is fully committed to the principles of impartiality embodied in ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its certification, evaluation, review and decision-making activities. TCH Global identifies, analyses, evaluates, treats and monitors risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis and retains full authority and responsibility for all certification decisions.
It is the policy of TCH Global not to engage in any activity that could compromise its objectivity, independence, competence or integrity. Certification, evaluation and decision-making personnel shall be free from any commercial, financial or other pressures that could influence their judgement or the outcome of certification activities.
All personnel, committees and external resources involved in certification are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest and to act in a manner that safeguards the impartiality of the certification process. Any threats to impartiality are reviewed and controlled to ensure the credibility and reliability of certification results.
