TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information obtained or created during the performance of its certification activities. Confidentiality is fundamental to maintaining the confidence and trust of our applicants, certified clients, regulatory authorities, accreditation bodies, and other interested parties.
TCH Global shall ensure that all information obtained during the certification process is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of certification activities. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the client, except where disclosure is required by applicable laws, regulatory authorities, accreditation bodies, or the relevant certification scheme requirements.
All employees, auditors, technical reviewers, certification decision makers, committee members, subcontractors, and any personnel acting on behalf of TCH Global are required to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained during certification activities. They shall sign confidentiality agreements and shall not disclose or use confidential information for personal gain or for any purpose other than fulfilling their assigned responsibilities.
TCH Global has established documented procedures and appropriate controls to safeguard confidential information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Confidential records are securely maintained, and access is restricted only to authorized personnel. Information that is publicly available, or information that the client has agreed to make public, shall not be considered confidential. Where TCH Global is required by law or contractual obligations to release confidential information, the client shall be notified in advance whenever legally permissible.
This policy is implemented throughout all certification activities to ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and applicable accreditation requirements. Its effectiveness is monitored through internal audits, management reviews, and continual improvement of the management system.
