All our personnel are bound by a written confidentiality undertaking. To fulfil Accreditation Requirements TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C will be making available the information related to the Registration/Certification as Publicly Accessible or provided upon request. Where TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C is required by law to release confidential information to a third party, TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C will notify the client in advance of the information provided. Confidentiality will be dealt within the law if it breaks.

TCH Global management is committed to the principles of impartiality embodied within the ISO 17021:2015 standard and understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities, manages conflict of interest and ensures the objectivity of its management system certification activities. TCH Global retains authority and responsibility for the decisions made about its activities.
It is the policy of the TCH Global not to engage in any activity that would compromise the confidence, competence, impartiality, judgement or operational integrity. The auditing and certification personnel will be free of internal or external commercial, financial and other pressures that may adversely affect the quality of their work. Personnel are to report to management if they feel that they are under undue pressure from internal and external commercial, financial and sources including influences that may adversely affect the quality of their work.
TCH GLOBAL Certificate issuing services is dedicated to providing a high-quality certification service to all of its clients which is carried out in a fair and impartial manner.
TCH Global management systems have been developed to ensure that our auditing, certifications and associated procedures are carried out to the highest levels of quality and integrity. We aim to provide customers with the best possible service based on openness and impartiality. Our management system and procedures have been developed specifically to ensure we recognize any conflicts of interest and ensure the objectivity of the certification process.
In order to achieve this objective a Quality system has been designed, developed and implemented across the whole range of certification services offered.
This system will ensure that both the contractual requirements agreed with our clients and the controls laid down by Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) including the international standard ISO 17021:2015 are satisfied.
The company’s quality system is laid down in controlled documentation, which covers all aspects of the company’s operation, has been approved by top management, understood by all associated staff and implemented at all levels.
In order that its effectiveness is maintained the whole system is regularly monitored through internal audits and periodic reviews.
EXTENSION
Client (i.e. Registered) may request TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. if they wish to Extend the Scope of their Management System for Registration/Certification. A written request is required to be submitted well in advance for TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. to review the request, apply post contract review and commission an assessment. Extension of Scope is Chargeable, and the fee scale is first agreed with the client.
The Assessment visit can be of two types:
(1) Through a Special Audit or
(2) Through the upcoming Surveillance or Re-assessment. The same process applies further as explained above from Registration Assessment to Issue of Certificate. The Obsolete Certificate is taken back by TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C.
Further Surveillance/Re-Assessments of the Extended Scope is conducted as per the redefined auditor days allocation.
REDUCTION
Reduction in Registered/Certified Client’s Scope may be required if TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. through any information or through submitted facts or through any of its assessments come to know about that any of its Registered/Certified Scope activity has been deleted or stopped by the Registered/Certified Client. Such a reduction may be proposed right in the Surveillance Assessment Report and upon review of recommendations the Scope may be revised. In such the Registered/Certified client is liable to Return its obsolete certificate and pay the applicable registration/certification fees to collect its revised certificate of correct and current activity related scope of the management system.
Any certificate issued by TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. of may be suspended and subsequently withdrawn (based on severity of breach and a resolution period of max. 3 months) in the event of any of following defaults by a certificate holder.
• If a surveillance assessment is not arranged within due date in response to notice issued by TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. as per Surveillance Assessment conditions stipulated above.
• Major lack of effective implementation corrective actions within agreed time limits in respect of non-conformities identified during Surveillance Assessment.
• Failure to pay appropriate fees.
• In default of return of certificate company will charge/recover AED. 3000 /- (Or Equivalent) as penalty amount from the customer company from the receipt of the withdrawal notice of certificate issued by. TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. The company will receive the penalty amount mentioned as above from the customer/ customer copy by legal ways.
• Continued misuse of Accreditation symbol/ logo e.g. misleading publications, advertisement or contravention of the stipulated conditions for the use of Accreditation symbol/ TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. logo.
• Major changes in the organization leading to the breakdown of relevant management system as per application standard.
• Any Proven Conflict of Interests become known to the Management of TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. in due course after the release of Registration/Certification in such a way that Impartiality to the registration/certification recommendation had been compromised and the Registered/Certified organization declines the TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. request to undergo an additional Re-Assessment.
• In case of Multi Site, the registration/certification documentation will be withdrawn in its entirety if any of the sites does not fulfil the necessary provisions for the maintenance of the registration/certification.
Any cancellations done in between the application or assessments (like Application, Stage 1 or Stage 2) shall be charged the full rate as per the signed contract between the registered/certified organization and TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C.
Under suspension, the client’s management system registration/certification is temporarily invalid. TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C. requires that in case of suspension the client refrains from further promotion of its registration/certification. TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C shall make the suspended status of the certification publicly accessible and shall take any other measures it deems appropriate.
All the certificates issued by TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C are the property of TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C and upon Withdrawal the organization is liable to return all original and copied sets to TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C in the event of any of above defaults.
Upon Withdrawal the Client shall discontinue its use of all advertising matter that contains any reference to a registered/certified status. The withdrawal shall be informed to public through its web site or by other suitable means.
A certified company is entitled to use the TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C Logo/ Accreditation symbol on its stationery, advertising and publicity brochure etc. for promotional purposes but not on the actual product. The use of symbol is governed by the TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C conditions and instructions applicable to the use of Accreditation and certification symbols by certificated companies. A certified company is not entitled to use IAF logo anywhere. The purpose of the recertification audit is to confirm the continued conformity and effectiveness of the management system as a whole, and its continued relevance and applicability for the scope of certification.
A recertification audit shall be planned and conducted to evaluate the continued fulfilment of all of the requirements of ISO 22000.
This shall be planned and conducted in due time to enable for timely renewal before the certificate expiry date.
The recertification activity shall include the review of previous surveillance audit reports and consider the performance of the management system over the most recent certification cycle.
Recertification audit activities may need to have a stage 1 in situations where there have been significant changes to the management system, the organization, or the context in which the management system is operating (e.g. changes to legislation). Such changes can occur at any time during the certification cycle thus TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C might need to perform a special audit, which might or might not be a two-stage audit.
The recertification audit shall include an on-site audit that addresses the following:
• The effectiveness of the management system in its entirety in the light of internal and external changes and its continued relevance and applicability to the scope of certification.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintain the effectiveness and improvement of the management system in order to enhance overall performance.
• The effectiveness of the management system with regard to achieving the certified client’s objectives and the intended results of the respective management system (s).
For any major nonconformity, the TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C shall define time limits for correction and corrective actions. These actions shall be implemented and verified prior to the expiration of certification. When recertification activities are successfully completed prior to the expiry date of the existing certification, the expiry date of the new certification can be based on the expiry date of the existing certification. The issue date on a new certificate shall be on or after the recertification decision.
If the TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C has not completed the recertification audit or is unable to verify the implementation of corrections and corrective actions for any major nonconformity prior to the expiry date of the certification, then recertification shall not be recommended and the validity of the certification shall not be extended. The client shall be informed and the consequences shall be explained.
Following expiration of certification, TCH Global Quality Certificates Issuing Services L.L.C can restore certification within 6 months provided that the outstanding recertification activities are completed, otherwise at least a stage 2 shall be conducted. The effective date on the certificate shall be on or after the recertification decision and the expiry date shall be based on prior certification cycle.
